Very Berry Smoothie


Simply Velvety and rich in flavor


This recipe is naturally sweet and perfectly balanced .


Make it for breakfast, as a snack, or even dessert!



Recipe

1 cup frozen Strawberries

3/4 cup frozen Mixed berries

1/2 Milk of your choice or orange juice

(1 tablespoon sugar if you like it sweeter)


Blend all ingredients together to form the perfect smoothie.


Yields 2 servings
