We all love some good schnitzel but this my friends, is veal schnitzel and its VEALLY (really but veal... get it?!)good! It totally ups the schnitzel game, it’s sooooo tasty and it’s super simple to make!
Tip: the thicker the veal cutlet the better
Recipe:
Veal cutlets
2 cups of (Gefen Brand) Italian flavor bread crumbs (if you don’t have this, just add parsley flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a drop of oregano)
2 eggs
2 cups flour
Coat each cutlet in flour then egg then crumbs and then fry.
