The Easiest Salad Ever

If you watch my story’s you will see I literally make this salad everyday and sometimes even twice a day. I make it every time I’m quickly throwing together lunch or dinner and I don’t want to put too much effort into a side dish , I make it when I’m looking for a easy salad, nothing fancy. This has been my go to for so long and I’m sure it will be yours too!

Tip: add your favorite colorful vegetables to make the salad more colorful and to your families taste.

Recipe:

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Cucumber

Olive oil

(Himalayan pink) salt

Because the Del Campo spice is very limited at the moment, here is an alternative dressing...

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cut the cucumbers in half circles. If using cherry tomatoes cut them in half, if using larger tomatoes do a large dice. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil, sprinkle loads garlic pepper and a pinch of salt and your good to go.
