Sweet Yerushalmi Kugel

What a sweet and savory side dish. Mahogany brown wedges of caramelized fine noodles with a light touch of black pepper is such a unique and delicious combo, your family and friends will love! לכבוד שבת קודש ! Tip: don’t over spray your pan thinking this kugel is going to stick to the sides like a cake, it needs a light spray and it will glide out beautifully.

Recipe (not my own) 1/2 cup oil 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoon brown sugar 2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 1/2 cups water 10 oz

fine noodles 2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°. In a pot, mix oil, sugars, salt, pepper, and water. Bring it to a boil. Add the noodles. Mix every few minutes until most of the water has evaporated. Pour into a 10 inch round pan and add the eggs. Mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
