Stuffed Baked Apples

Not only has fall begun, Rosh Hashana is around the corner, I think it’s safe to say it’s apple season. Whether you’ve made your menu already or not, this recipe will take your meal to the next level.

Tip: don’t over bake the apples, they will turn into mush! Recipe: 6 Macintosh apples 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup softened Betterine 1 cup old fashion oats 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon pancake syrup Core your apples. Mix all the ingredients together and place them in a ziplock bag, snip off the corner of the bag. Squeeze the bag to pipe the mix into each apple. Bake for 30 minutes (not more) at 350°.
