Strawberry Lime Salmon


With just a few simple ingredients you likely already have on hand, this recipe transforms ordinary salmon into a mouthwatering masterpiece. Trust me, once you try this recipe, it’ll become a go-to favorite in your household. Easy to make, and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients:

2 lbs. baby salmon, skin on, cut into ½-inch-wide slices

Salt

Pepper


Sauce:

¼ cup strawberry jam

2 teaspoons ketchup

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lime juice


1. Place the fish in a parchment-lined 9x13 pan and season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix the sauce ingredients, then brush the sauce over each slice of fish.

3. Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes.

4. Enjoy!
