I know this one will be a hit at your table. These drumsticks are so good that you’ll want to add them to your weekly dinner rotation. Who knows? You may even skip the grill when the sun starts shining again
Yields 4-6 servings
1/3 cup bottled sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
5 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
6 cloves garlic, crushed
8 chicken drumsticks
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet and set aside
2. In a bowl, whisk together chili sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic
3. Place drumsticks on prepared baking sheet and pour most of the sauce over them, coating the drumsticks. Reserve remaining sauce.
4. Cook for 50 minutes , baste with remaining sauce bake for another 10 minutes
