Spaghetti and Meatballs

To me, the perfect meatballs have to be, tender, juicy, and loaded with flavor and you bet these pass the test with flying colors! If you’ve never made meatballs before, don’t be scared, they are basically just seasoned ground meat formed in bite-size balls of deliciousness.

Tip: fattier meats will result in more tender and juicy meatballs.

Recipe: 4 cans tomato sauce 1 kilogram of ground beef 2 eggs 1 cup of either breadcrumbs or matzo meal 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon salts 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 medium onion 2 red peppers

Put two cans of tomato sauce in a large pot. In a bowl mix together the ground beef, eggs, crumbs, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Form into balls and place in the pot of sauce. Add the onion and pepper to the pot. Pour the second two cans over the meat balls. Cover and cook on a medium to high flame for 20-30 minutes.
