Skirt Steak and String Beans

The other day I just couldn’t think of a what to make for dinner, until my husband suggested how about skirt steak and string beans! I couldn’t believe I had literally forgotten about my most popular and easiest dinner recipe, and I realised that if I forgot about it I’m sure some of you did too so I made a new reel of it for my Instagram page and it received over 600,000 views thousands of likes and thousands of shares so I’m glad I reshared it, and I’m resharing it here too. If you haven’t made this yet you’re really missing out!

This amazing dish is an instant classic, be prepared for everyone to come back for seconds and thirds, I advise you make doubles its literally that good. The combination of flavors is simply magical, prep time is extremely fast, this one will come in handy trust me.

PS I know skirt steak can be pricey, that being said I haven’t tested this recipe with any other steaks , however it works great with pargiot (boneless chicken thighs)

Tip: soak the meat in water for a couple minutes to get out the salt Recipe: 2lb skirt steak 1 lb pre trimmed sting beans 4 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons jarred minced garlic (such as Polaner or Kirkland brand) 4 tablespoons duck sauce Preheat oven to 425 °. Cut the skirt into 1 1/2 strips against the grain. Add skirt steak, string beans, oil, soy sauce, garlic, duck sauce to a 1 or 2 gallon zip loc bag and shake to combine. Spread on a baking sheet (lined with either foil or parchment or use disposable baking sheet) bake uncovered for exactly 30 minutes.
