Simple, saucy, and scrumptious! When looking at this beautiful and delicious dish you may think oh my that looks way complex for me to make! In reality it’s actually super simple cuz obviously all my recipes are, this page is all about being Tasty N' Simple! This dinner is definitely a winner I think we can all agree.
Tip: pepper steak is a chewier cut of meat, choose your favorite cut of steak and cut it into thin slices and use that as the steak for this dish.
2 cups chicken soup or chicken broth
2/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
One onion
2 red peppers
1 green
2 yellow or orange
1 can mushrooms
2 pounds of pepper steak
Sauté the steak and place it in a bowl. Cut the onions and peppers into long strips and sauté them along with the mushrooms. Create the sauce with the chicken soup, ketchup, and soy sauce. Add the steak and the sauce into the pan with the sautéed vegetables and let it cook for 7 minutes to let the flavors all meld together. (Serve with rice)
