Indulge in the irresistible sweetness of Salami Chips. the perfect addition to your Shabbos spread. With their crispy texture and addictive taste each thinly sliced salami piece coated in a sticky: flavorful glaze these chips are guaranteed to be a hit at your Shabbos table. (P.S. Typically serve these Shabbos day along with my cholent course.)
16 oz. salami, sliced thinly
1 cup duck sauce
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar|
Heat oven to 425°
Mix sauce ingredients.
Add sliced salami to sauce and toss to coat
Place salami on parchment lined sheet pan in a single layer— it's okay to overlap a drop
Bake for 25 minutes. Baste and flip the chips halfway through.
