¾ cup garlic cloves
¾ cup olive oil
¾ cup manzanilla olives
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon sea salt
Place all ingredients in a glass or ceramic oven-safe dish (a disposable pan works fine too).
Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes.
