To all my die hard peanut-butter fans this cake is for you! Well really I created it for my husband, he asked if I could create a peanut-butter cake that’s moist, fluffy, and "peanut-buttery" and I’m pretty sure I nailed it! This cake is exactly that!
Tip: sprinkle peanuts on top of the cake as a decorative addition
Recipe:
1 cup oil
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
8 oz almond milk
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
MIX
ADD
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
MIX
Bake for 65 minutes (this is for a bunt) on 350°
ICING 1 tablespoon peanut-butter 1/4 cup hot water 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 cups confectioners sugar
