Oven Fried Chicken on The Bone

While I love fried chicken, I don’t like the amount of work that it requires and the mess it makes. Plus, it's not the healthiest thing to eat on a regular basis. That’s why I like to oven “fry” my chicken, theres less of a mess, its healthier, and the food still tastes delicious. This recipe is the epitome of Tasty N' Simple, This breaded chicken is crunchy on the outside and super tender on the inside, Talk about simple I timed it, this recipe took exactly 5 minutes to make!

Tip: Buy chicken that’s already skinless it makes the process much faster.

Tip: you can add your favorite veggies to this tray and place it in the oven and it’s basically a one pan meal!

Recipe: Take chicken quarters (either skinless or remove the skin) and coat them in flour then in egg and then in corn flake crumbs. Place the chicken on a baking sheet on a piece of parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil and then spray with “pam”. Place in the oven, bake on 350° for 1 hour. Done
