This is my elevated version of the classic muddy buddy recipe. Still simple to make but that much more delicious!
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups pretzel nuggets
3 cups Corn Chex cereal
1 cup popcorn
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1. Melt together the peanut butter, chocolate chips,
2. In a large bowl, mix the pretzels , Chex, and popcorn
Add the melted chocolate and mix well to coat evenly.
3. Transfer to a 2-gallon zip-top bag and add the confectioners’ sugar. Seal the bag and toss until everything is coated.
