This marinade is one of my all-time favorites. It features a unique blend of ingredients that come together beautifully, creating the most delicious flavor for these Miami ribs. The combination of sweet and smoky notes makes this dish truly special, perfect for impressing your guests and enhancing your Yom Tov meal.
5 pieces of ribs (1 1/2 lb.)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1⁄4 cup apple juice
1. Put meat in a gallon-size ziplock bag. Add all other ingredients and let marinate for 1 hour.
2. Heat a nonstick pan and sear
meat on both sides (reserve the marinade). Place seared meat in a 9x13 and pour the remaining juice from the marinade over it. Cover and bake at 350°F for 11⁄2 hours.
3. Enjoy!
