Lasagna Rollatini


Its time to swtich up your old lasagna recipe, these rollitinis are fun to make and easy to serve. Making dinner during the 9 days has never been simpler.

Recipe:

1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1⁄2 teaspoon oregano

1⁄2 teaspoon basil

1 package lasagna noodles (15 noodles), cooked according to package directions

8 ounces shredded pizza cheese, or more if desired

3 cups (24 ounces) small curd cottage cheese


Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix tomato sauce with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil. Spread three tablespoons of sauce at the bottom of a 9x13” pan.

Lay lasagna noodles flat on a work surface, then spread a tablespoon of sauce on each noodle, followed by a heaping tablespoon of cottage cheese and a sprinkle of pizza cheese. Roll up the lasagna noodle and place it into the pan. Once the pan is full, brush the top of each noodle with remaining sauce and sprinkle with pizza cheese. Cover and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
