5 eggs
1 cup dark brown sugar
1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
1⁄2 cup oil
11⁄4 cups honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
11⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
51⁄2 cups flour
1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar,
oil, and honey until combined.
2. Add cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour and mix well to form
a dough. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet
with parchment paper.
4. Shape dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 13 minutes.
