I’ve been on a bit of a smoothie bowl streak recently. There’s something really refreshing about them: it’s a smoothie, but somehow even better. The combination of taste and texture in every bite is just right.
Yields 1 bowl
Smoothie
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
1 cup frozen banana pieces
1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
1⁄2 cup riced cauliflower
1⁄4 cup frozen mango
1⁄2 cup water
Toppings
Shredded coconut
Chia seeds
Granola
Sliced strawberry
Sliced kiwi
Sliced banana
Blueberries
1. Place all the smoothie ingredients into a powerful blender (I use the Ninja Professional).
2. Blend until thick and smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with your
favorite toppings.
4. Enjoy!
