Recipe:
3 cups orzo, cooked according to package instructions
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup frozen spinach
4 sundried tomatoes, diced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
cook orzo and set aside in 9x13
saute mushrooms, onion, pepper and spinach. Add it to the orzo along with the spices and sundried tomatoes. Toss and eat cold or hot
