I think in most Jewish homes we have one night of the week reserved for parve or milky dinners. This dish is healthier and more satisfying than pasta or pizza and requires less pots and no stove! The first time I made this I knew I had a winner on my hands. When I wanted to bread some salmon one day I realized I was out of eggs, I decided to get innovative and came up with a whole new approach to breading salmon (or anything for that matter), The result was this amazingly simple yet sophisticated golden delicious salmon you can serve it with baked potatoes on the side. Tip: for small salmon fillets or cubes reduce cook time to 25 minutes Recipe: This recipe was featured in the Whisk by Ami magazine!!! Recipe: 3.3lb side of salmon 1⁄2 cup duck-sauce 2/3 cup cornflake crumbs 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 3 tablespoons olive oil Cooking spray Preheat oven to 350°.
