Fall Off The Bone Short Ribs


Succulent short ribs, slow-cooked to perfection are infused with rich flavors from high-quality Lieber’s products. This meat effortlessly slides off the bone, delivering a mouthwatering dish for your Pesach meal.


3½ Ib short ribs (4 pieces)

2 Tbsp Liebers Foods Olive Oil Marinade

2 Tbsp Lliebers Foods Chopped Garlic

2 Tbsp Liebers Foods Chopped Onion

2 cups Liebers Foods Pineapple Juice


Spice Rub

2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar

1/2 teaspoons ginger powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon table salt


Sauce

2 1/2 cups water

1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine or red wine of choice

1/4 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup pineapple juice

3 Tablespoons coconut aminos

1/4 cup ketchup




1. Preheat oven to 300°F.


2. Place the ribs in a large ziplock bag along with the marinade ingredients; marinate for 30 minutes.


3. Mix together all spice rub ingredients in a small bowl.


4. Once the 30 minutes are up, remove the ribs from the marinade and discard marinade. Pat the ribs dry and season generously on all sides with the spice rub.


5. Heat a Dutch oven (or oven-safe pot) over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil. Sear the ribs on all sides.


6. Once seared, add all sauce ingredients to the Dutch oven to deglaze; bring to a boil.


7. Remove from heat, cover, and place in oven for 3-4 hours. Ribs should be fork-tender and fall off the bone.
