When you hear crock-pot you know it’s gonna be easy! I created this one-pot Crock-Pot dinner because I needed a super-simple and minimal-prep dinner for what most people deem a no-cooking night. This is a family-friendly, delicious and healthy meal that will warm your hearts and bellies on a cold winter night, like a big hug after a long, tiring day. Simply Toss the ingredients into your crockpot and head out for the day. Your flavorful stew will be ready when you get back!
Tip: use a Reynolds crockpot liner for really easy cleanup!
