I developed this recipe a few years ago and I’ve been making it almost every week for shabbos and yomtov since. There are a bunch of ingredients in this recipe, however, it’s all items that you have at home. The best part is that you pretty much just mix it all together and put it in the oven and when you take it out it’s so buttery soft and delicious every time! Enjoy ☺️

Recipe:
2 lb French Roast
1/2 cup duck sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1/4 cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 medium/large onions
5 cloves garlic
Slice the onions into rings. Chop up the garlic. Mix everything together. Pour it over the meat. Cover the meat tightly. Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours. This recipe can easily be doubled and bake for the same amount of time.
