This is an old family favorite. I got this tasty recipe from my grandmother. Best part is that it’s a whole meal in one bowl! I mean, what could be better than that?
Tip: to make this dish more on the healthy side, put in a lot of veggies.
Recipe: Dice 1 onions, 2 red peppers,1 green pepper, 1 yellow pepper, sauté them. Place the sautéed vegetables in a bowl. Cook (Tuscaninni Gigli Pasta) pasta according to the package directions and place it on the side. Sauté ground beef. Mix the vegetables, beef, and pasta together. Add one carton of tomato sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Now that’s tasty and simple!
