Chicken Lo Mein

“What should I cook for dinner?”Is a question I get asked very often, I’m here to help! This is a Tasty dinner that is simple to make dinner that can be made in under 30 minutes (and devoured in under 30 seconds 😉) to me dinner consists of three things, protein, vegetable, and starch and this is what I call dinner!

Tip: you can feel free to add some other veggies such as Broccoli, baby corn, other color peppers, and mushrooms.

Tip: you can double the marinade for double the amount of flavor and intensity

Recipe: 1/2 box spaghetti 2 red peppers 1 1/2 cups raw sugar snap peas 1 medium onion 2.5 lb chicken breast Marinade: 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons corn starch 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon water

Cut the peppers into thin strips. Cut the onion into half circles. Sauté. Mix the marinade ingredients well. Cut the chicken into thin strips and place it in the marinade. when the vegetables are done sautéing, sauté the chicken. Meanwhile cook half a box of spaghetti. When the chicken is cooked and the spaghetti is also cooked mix everything together and you’ve got chicken lo Mein.
