Cheesy Lasagna

Easy breezy cheesy lasagna! This is my go to dairy meal because it’s so Tasty and super Simple to make. One reason this recipe is so simple is because you don’t have to cook the lasagna noodles, the sauce and cheese bake into the noodles and cooks them to perfection. I’ve been making this recipes for so many years and each time it comes out so delicious!

Tip: this lasagna tastes delicious reheated and can last in your fridge for up to 4 days

Recipe 1 box lasagna noodles 1 carton "Tuscaninni Foods" tomato sauce or 2 cans of tomato sauce 2 cartons small curd cottage cheese 1 bag pizza cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Mix the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning into the tomato sauce. Place 3 tablespoons of sauce at the bottom of a 9x13, next place three RAW lasagna noodles. Next place one tablespoon of sauce on each noodle and smear it. Then place one heaping tablespoon of cottage cheese on to each noodle and spread it. Sprinkle some pizza cheese. Then place down noodles, then sauce, then cottage cheese, then pizza cheese.... keep this patter going until you have no room in the pan. The top layer should be noodle, sauce, but no cottage cheese only pizza cheese. Cover and Bake at 350° for 1 hour. If you like a crunchy top, bake for 7 more minutes uncovered.
