The greatest thing since sliced bread is sautéed onion cubes in the freezer.these special little cubes make this dinner prep so simple and the chicken so extremely delicious. This is a shoutout to the genius who helped put these magic cubes in the freezer section of my grocery!

2.5 lb chicken breast 4 tablespoons corn starch 20 frozen sautéed onions (2 packages) 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup water Preheat oven to 350°. Cube the chicken. Place the chicken and corn starch in a 9x13 and toss to coat the chicken. Add onions, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with oven baked rice. Rice: 1 cup white rice 2 1/4 cups water 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350°. Combine rice, water, oil, and salt in an over safe baking dish (or disposable) and bake covered for 25 minutes
