Brunch-Hashed Browns-Post fasting food

Because we didn’t eat breakfast or lunch and it’s dinner time already I figured let’s have brunch for dinner. While this may look sophisticated, I only made the eggs and hashed browns (and cinnamon buns). This is a great post fast- food idea because you just buy bagels. The eggs and hashed browns are quite easy to make. What are you guys having to break the fast?

Tip: If you don’t have a microwave, boil the potatoes for 20 minutes.

Hashed brown recipe: 6 Potatoes 2 onions 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon salt Pepper to taste 1/2 cup Oil

Scrub or peel your potatoes. Dice them and put them in the microwave for 5 minutes. Dice the onions and sauté. Add the potatoes, oil, salt, paprika, and pepper. Let it all cook together for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
