It doesn’t really get easier than this, drizzle some olive oil, season with salt and freshly cracked pepper, fine if you don’t have a pepper mill you can just use regular but there IS something special about the freshly cracked pepper. Anyway where was I? Oh right the last ingredient yes brown sugar, coat the salmon with dark brown sugar. About a tablespoon per slice of salmon. That’s it. Done.
