If you love blueberries, this pie is for you! Instead of a typical flaky crust top, this version switches it up with sweet crumbs both above and beneath all those berries.
PS I went to a few stores and they all didn’t have the small pies so I just made a large one and it was perfect 🥧 👌🏻
Yield: 6–8 servings
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cup cold margarine, cut into small pieces
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 (6-inch) frozen mini pie crusts, defrosted
2 pints fresh blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, oats, margarine, and cinnamon to make crumbs.
3. Use about 1⁄4 of the prepared crumbs to cover the bottom of the crusts.
4. Fill to the top with blueberries and cover pies with remaining crumbs.
5. Bake 40-50 minutes, until crumbs and crust are golden brown and the blueberries have cooked
