Recipe:
2lb baby chicken (boneless chicken thighs)
1 lb pre trimmed sting beans
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons jarred minced garlic
4 tablespoons duck sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 425°. Cut the chicken into strips . Add baby chicken , string beans, oil, soy sauce, garlic, duck sauce, and pepper to a 1 gallon zip loc bag and shake to combine. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper , bake uncovered for exactly 30 minutes. Enjoy
